Good, but is empty there are no cars available

I ordered a part for my truck. It only took 3 days to get it. The service department has English speakers. Outstanding service.

One star for being clean, quick and friendly. Unfortunately the cars we wanted to see were not on display and would not be available to take ownership until 3 months later after putting a down payment. Additionally, we would not be able to pick our color or model, but they said we get whatever they send them. Lastly, we were given one quote that we felt was too high given the circumstances. This was followed with a second quote that was slightly lower but still did not meet our needs. Finally we were presented with a 3 and final quote with something that made much more sense but it came with a cost of 20,000 pesos a year. While Toyota is still one of my favorite makes of car, I am holding back two stars for our poor sales/financing experience at this location.

The best car dealer I visited. Very professional each department. I think many businesses in Merida should learn from them how to treat client ☝🏼
